A day has changed and I am still here, cannot sleep. A quite high and bustle transaction with some problems and a mistake I almost committed. But since last night is Friday night and Saturday is just began, I can still listen to some smooth playlist from my phone. I just randomly choose Indonesian acoustic songs from Joox.
Nothing makes me feeling more excited than knowing next month, I will have my next trip. Not a big one and I am not going alone. I will just join an open trip with one of my friend. So, about this trip, I have actually planned a week after my last trip ended. I just wanted to square off my position and thought about how much I should save my money and what place would be my next target. Then I found an open trip going to this place. In fact, I really set my eyes to see their annual festival which I think it is so unique though a little bit scary and risky. Thank God, I am allowed to take my leaves for this ritual. This can also be my chance for my feet to step up in a new place, new island I have never been to before.
Since I am joining a tour, I don't have to worry about how to get to the best destinations they have, no need to be scared of getting lost, no more drama of crying because the inn is dirty and spooky. All is set up. Round trip tickets already also been purchased.
Maybe some people would be quiet curious how I can take my days off from work and how I can pay for all those miscellaneous expense of my journey. Well, yeah I work, I earn money, and I pray that God gives me His blessing so that I can always live in prosperity upon the whole things I've got.
I am not a travel writer, journalist, nor working in National Geographic who can have journey purely because it's their job they gotta do. I am not having any sponsor except under a sponsorship of my own and my parents (whom sometimes take pity on me and end up giving me some money to at least I can use for paying half of my accommodation expenses). That's why from now on, I am trying to least using my money. I will take it out restrictively only for things I need. For example, since I still have packages of Toraja coffee, I will be sipping it happily and just sit in my bedroom instead of buying a glass of coffee latte or cappuccino at a fancy coffee shop. While this month, I don't allocate my budget to buy any kind of clothes, shoes, accessories, skin care, or makeup. But when my friends are asking me to hang out to any place they want, ofc I cannot resist it wkwkwkwk. Hey, their time is so precious especially when your old friends want to meet you and you never know when they will be available in the future :")
Then, in April, I also have plan going to Solo and Semarang with my office friends.
Let's keep working, do your job well!
